In a Sunburned Country by Bill Bryson is a book about an American traveling through Australia and he gives some really interesting facts and stories about Australia. I had it recommended to me by a friend (thank you McClain if you're reading this) at the perfect time. I got to the part where he is riding a train from Sydney to the Blue Mountains when I was on my train ride from Sydney to the Blue Mountains. It was pretty cool to read someone elses account of the same trip I was going on.
